  • Faulty items will be inspected before any refund or replacement is issued.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • All orders are shipped using tracked services. You will receive tracking details once dispatched.

  • Made-to-order items, including vehicle decals, may require additional processing time. Estimated timeframes will be clearly listed on product pages.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We aim to be transparent and fair. Please read the following carefully:

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless they are found to be faulty or incorrect:

  • Vehicle decals/graphics – These are made to order and exempt from returns under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Vehicle electronic products – Due to the nature of electronic items, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incompatibility, or improper installation. Faulty items will be inspected and, if confirmed, refunded or replaced.

✅ Returnable Items

  • Clothing and non-electronic accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In original packaging

    • Proof of purchase is provided
